Here is the traditional Loop Route on a map. Mike and I intend to travel all the way around the Horn of the Florida and the Keys and not cut across the center of Florida as is shown on this map.
The blue numbered circles that outline the route are all the marinas or Anchorages that typical loopers make in their 10-12 month trip adventure. The Brown circles are alternates. we will not be making all these stops but many time different ones. We have a very fast Boat and we will use speed to 1. Be safe, 2. Burn fuel not sunlight when we need to be in port before dark 3. pass up uninteresting or redundant scenery 4. and take the ocean when the sun is shining and the seas are calm.
